Votes on dozens of bills including five that are part of a 22-bill strategy to systematically increase developer/investor rights over community rights to plan and construct housing by reducing safety regulations and oversight.  Marcella Bothwell (July 7) reported on the bill package that emerged from Buffy Wick’s CA Assembly Select Committee Report on Permitting Reform.
